Electrofusion crystallized magnesia powder

Which features good electric insulation, fire resisting quality and thermal conductivity and has been widely used for stuffing material for different kinds of tubular electrical heating elements. Electrofusion crystallized magnesium oxide produced by our plant are all pulverization processed with high quality magnesium oxide lumps with magnesium content between 96% and 98%. Modified magnesium oxide is made with extra care by employing high quality modifiers from both home and abroad, with temperature endurance between 700¡æ and 800¡æ, non-carbonized, with moisture protection performance added and hot insulation resistance improved. 1. Physical and chemical indexes of the said common magnesia powder are all sense data at the time of purchasing raw materials by our plant. Mesh blending ratio for fine materials and particles can be selected according to diameter of metallic sleeve used by the user.
2. Modified magnesia powder
a) Hot insulation resistance: 1000m
b) Cold withstand voltage: 3000V and no break down for one minute.
c) Hot insulation resistance at 600¡æ: 100m
d) Leakage current under operating temperature: 0.05mA
e) Medium service temperature: 800
